3. User Responsibilities

For Guardians/Students:

• Provide accurate and complete information during tutor registration.

• Pay monthly tuition fees in a timely manner as communicated.

• Report any concerns or complaints about tutor performance to EduGuide promptly.

For Tutors:

• Share accurate details regarding qualification and experience.

• Maintain professionalism and punctuality during classes.

• Avoid discussing or collecting fees directly from guardians.

• Comply with our guidelines for classroom behavior, ethics, and teaching practices.

4. Fees & Payments

• Tuition fees are communicated prior to class commencement.

• Payments are to be made only through official EduGuide channels (e.g., UPI, bank transfer).

• Non-payment may result in discontinuation of classes or withholding of services.

5. Demo Class Policy

• We offer a 3-day paid demo class at a discounted or standard rate.

• Continuation after demo is subject to guardian satisfaction and payment confirmation.

6. Tutor Allocation & Replacement

• We aim to match the most suitable tutor based on your requirements.

• If dissatisfied, you may request a replacement within the first 7 days of classes.

• Tutor availability may vary by location and subject.

7. Conduct & Misuse

• Any misconduct, fraud, or misrepresentation by users (tutors or guardians) will result in a ban from the platform.

• Tutors and guardians must not misuse personal contact details of each other for any non-academic or business purposes.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (logo, design, texts, graphics, etc.) is the property of EduGuide. You may not copy, reuse, or modify any content without written permission.

9. Termination of Services

EduGuide reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate user access if the terms are violated.

• Remove tutors from the platform for poor performance or misconduct.

• Cancel services in areas where demand or availability is limited.

10. Limitation of Liability

EduGuide will not be liable for:

• Any loss of academic performance.

• Tutor behavior outside of agreed tuition hours.

• Payment disputes arising from unauthorized transactions.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of the Ranchi, Jharkhand courts.
